ZRODelta DLOC-SS Bipod Released

My favorite Harris Bipod is a BRM-S 6-9″ refitted with an Alamo Four Star DLOC clamp and SARG knob. The addition of the DLOC and SARG knob made the BRM-S better in every way. When I heard that ZRODelta (formerly Alamo Four Star) was releasing a new upgrade to the Harris bipod, they had my attention. Continue reading ZRODelta DLOC-SS Bipod Released

Ultimatum Precision “Deadline” Action

Ultimatum Precision has opened pre-orders on their new “Deadline” Action.

The Deadline is a Remington 700 footprint action, but this is not another 700 clone. The Deadline features a 60° bolt lift and three-lug floating bolt head. Assuming that Ultimatum has been able to keep the bolt lift weight light, this should be a very fast action. Continue reading Ultimatum Precision “Deadline” Action

Federal’s new cartridge: .224 Valkyrie

Sources state that the new cartridge that Federal is hinting at will be a bit smaller than the 6mm many were hoping for. It appears that Federal’s new offering will launch the .224 caliber bullet. The question is, will the initial offerings be heavy target/long range bullets, or are we looking at another varmint cartridge? Their marketing so far seems to indicate the former.

Federal is set to spill the beans on 10/16/17, but we will update you as more details leak out.

DIY Simple Dope Card Holder

A rifle mounted Dope Card Holder may seem like a very simple thing. It is, but it can make all the difference in the world on a timed stage. It prevents the shooter from having to break position to look at their target engagement data and allows you to keep your eye behind the scope.

A quality Dope Card Holder is not cheap. Some shooters may not be willing to take the leap without trying one. New shooters may just not have the cash to spend. We came up with a really cheap and easy way to get that Dope Card attached to your rifle.
