Accuracy International Competition Trigger

Accuracy International announces a collaboration with X-TREME Shooting Products, LLC to product the new AI Competition Trigger.

The Accuracy International family of rifles have always been renown for their ruggedness and reliability. They were designed first and foremost as a Sniper Rifle for use in combat. This ruggedness and dependability had made them an excellent choice for precision competition shooters. Precision rifle matches are held in all manner of weather conditions. Rain, snow, mud and blowing dust are all situations that can take a finely tuned rifle out of service. The AI rifles seem to take it all in stride. First Look: Nightforce ATACR F1 7-35x56mm

ATACR F1 7-35x56mmEarly in November, Nightforce was kind enough to invite us to CORE Shooting Solutions in Baker, FL. to check out some of their new products. There was an update to the SHV 5-20×56 elevation turret, a new reticle (Mil-C) and a slick new Nightforce branded Carbon Fiber Tripod. Those were interesting, but the star of the show was the new ATACR F1 7-35x56mm. Continue reading First Look: Nightforce ATACR F1 7-35x56mm

SHOT Show 2014 Day 2

imageWe spent most of Day 2 with Mile High Shooting Accessories and Accuracy International North America. Scott Sigmund was nice enough to walk us through the improvements to the AX308 system. The AX308 now boasts most of the features of the Accuracy International PSR rifle, but in a short action package. The whole rifle can be broken down into a “carry on” sized hard case. This opens up a vast number of options for professional snipers or even the average competitive shooter who has to shoehorn a rifle into a compact rental car. Continue reading SHOT Show 2014 Day 2
