Single Handed Shooting

This short video was spurred by a technique I saw this morning, demonstrated by another instructor. Just because it is new, does not necessarily make it better. Try new techniques, but evaluate them based on the classic methods. There may be a reason the “old way” has stuck around so long.

During the 2014 SHOT Show, we were wandering the floor and came across the Recover Tactical booth. What at first looked like an interesting set of grips, turned out to be a novel, inexpensive way to add a light rail to an slick 1911. The product has gone through some changes.
