While at the 2013 SHOT Show we got a chance to take a look at a very innovative new AR accessory from LAW Tactical. It’s called the AR Folding Stock Adapter.
The current version is labeled as “Generation 2” but in fact the copy we just received has more improvements from the one seen at the SHOT Show. Law originally had a flush cup receiver machined into the bottom of the adapter. They have now updated that with a steel insert. This should add some service life to the part as well as increase the amount of force needed to rip a sling from the weapon.
We just pulled the adapter out of the Mailbox yesterday. Keep an eye out for the installation notes and full review, coming soon!
